Tanglin Trust School

Tanglin Trust School is a non-profit international school in Singapore that has been providing a British-based education since 1925. It is unique in Singapore for offering students the choice of either A-Levels or the IB Diploma in the Sixth Form (Years 12 and 13). The school is divided into Infant, Junior, and Senior schools, each with its own head and distinct personality, while sharing a common campus and ethos.

The school’s philosophy focuses on nurturing the whole child, emphasizing academic excellence alongside personal, social, and emotional development. It is the first school in Asia to be awarded the Wellbeing Award for Schools. Tanglin follows the English National Curriculum, adapted for an international context, and is known for its rigorous academic standards and vibrant arts and music programs.

Located at Portsdown Road, Tanglin boasts modern facilities including a professional-grade theatre and a specialized gymnastics center. It maintains a strong community feel, with many long-standing traditions and a very active parent-teacher association.
