Grace International School (GIS)
Grace International School (GIS) was founded in 1999 primarily to provide high-quality education for the children of Christian international workers and missionary families living in Southeast Asia. While it maintains a strong Christian identity and worldview, it welcomes students from diverse backgrounds. The school’s mission is to provide an education that fosters the development of the whole child—spiritually, academically, physically, and socially.
GIS follows an American-based curriculum, including a wide selection of AP courses. The school recently moved to a brand-new, purpose-built campus in the Hang Dong area, which has significantly expanded its capacity and modernized its facilities. The school is known for its high academic achievement and its commitment to service learning, with many students participating in community outreach projects throughout Thailand.
Notable for its tight-knit community and supportive pastoral care, GIS offers a learning environment where students feel a strong sense of belonging. The new campus includes high-tech classrooms, large athletic fields, and specialized spaces for the arts. It remains a top choice for families seeking a faith-based education with a North American academic framework.
